Cancellation and refund policy

All contracts are renewed automatically for the same contract period as the initial Contract Term (in some cases, may involve auto charge-offs). It is not possible to cancel your services while the contract period is still active by the wish of the customer in case of execution of contract by executor (SIA “UA-Hosting”). You need to renew or put to cancellation of your services at the end of the billing period before the 20th day of the last paid month, or services can be blocked by the system automatically after the 20th day of the last paid month in case of no notification from your side about the payment delay.

You can cancel your service from the SIA “UA-Hosting” personal cabinet or by request to the sales department via tickets system at the end of the billing period or immediately. The end date of your service(s) will be calculated according to your contract term and notice period. You will receive an automated cancellation confirmation stating the correct end dates.

At the end of the Contract Term of an order, the order shall be renewed for successive terms equal to the initial Contract Term.

In case you do not agree to such renewal of the Contract Term and wish to cancel your Service at the Contract End Date, you can do so from SIA “UA-Hosting” personal cabinet or by request to the sales department via tickets system. However, you need to take into account a cancellation notice period of at least:

before the 20th day of the last paid month, in the event of a Contract Term of one (1) month;

one (1) month before, in the event of a Contract Term of three (3) months or longer.

You can undo the cancellation before the end date in the SIA “UA-Hosting” personal cabinet.

To transfer your services to another party, or to change the name of your company (business), we require providing appropriate documentation from both you and the third party and put requests through our tickets system.

No refund will be provided in case of cancellation by the wish of the customer in case of execution of contract by executor (SIA “UA-Hosting”). If the CUSTOMER terminates the server lease contract and at the same time if the Contractor meets its obligations hereunder, the money paid for the hosting server shall be non-refundable and used to cover the costs incurred by the hosting server installation.

The CUSTOMER is never entitled to set off any amounts owed to SIA “UA-Hosting”. Objections to the amount of the invoice do not suspend the obligation to pay.

The CUSTOMER has rights to refund the money just for the rest of period validity of services in case if executor can’t provide an execution of contract.

In case of refund, executor reserves rights to deduct the commission paid to the payment gateway from the refunded amount.
